Kiritsubo is a fortuneteller who is capable of「seeing」abstract visions of a person's future, bonds, troubles, and nature if she makes the effort to 「look」. According to her words, though, she is not a prophet- her fortune readings are not clear and definite, and are very open to interpretation.
These things that she sees tend to present themselves via symbolism or imagery. She might see them as a black thread binding two people on a path towards dying together, she may see shackles and chains around the ankles of a person feeling trapped in a relationship, or she could see a stain in the body where there is something wrong... things like this.
If you would be open to Kiritsubo「seeing」something related to your character's condition/fate OR upcoming plans you have for your character in-game, please let me know and give me as many fun details as you like! 🎔
Always feel free to reach out if you want to plot or thread something related to this! Otherwise, I'll just use it for general flavor in threads. Thanks!

Can Kiritsubo Tell Their Fortune?: god by all means yes
What Fortune Can Kiritsubo See?: No specific imagery comes to mind atm so go wild but here's what awaits him it's great (it's awful).
SO, idk how familiar you are with FF7 as a whole but the whole SOLDIER thing that Roche is involved with that gives him his superhuman strength/senses/that pretty eye glow comes with one nasty little caveat of what's known as cellular degradation. All SOLDIERs get it, there's no avoiding it, and it's not a matter of If but When. For some people this could happen in a few months (yikes), a couple years, or even longer down the line. For Roche, there was no telling when it'd happen beyond him Knowing it'd eventually come for him. The real pisser is it. Sort of came sooner rather than later because he (volunteers??? was voluntold? we don't know yet) goes to Hojo for some unknown procedure that essentially kicks that degradation into high gear and ultimately starts causing his body to shut down until he's a shell of his former self, having been turned into one of the myriad 'black robes'. Clearly some part of him still exists in there, but it's not looking good for him.
The even WORSE fact is this happens to him over the course of mere hours versus x amount of months/years/etc and all he gets out of the whole ordeal is white streaks in his hair and a tattoo showing his status as one of Hojo's experiments/test subjects :')
Beyond where it leaves off in Rebirth with him being the only black robe plucked out of the temple before it goes kaput and p much being signed away to Hojo for gods-only-know-what, the rest of his future is pretty ??? until part 3. HE COULD BECOME A MONSTER, he could become something else, we just don't know. AS ALWAYS if there's somethin' in particular u wanna know more of just let me know and I will go hog wild to ur heart's content
How Open Would You Like Her to Be About It ICly?: Don't tell 'im the deets just yet until he starts prying bc he DOES KNOW WHAT'S COMING TO HIM EVENTUALLY he just doesn't know when or how fucked up it's actually going to be :(

Character Name/Journal: hua cheng
Can Kiritsubo Tell Their Fortune?: sure!
What Fortune Can Kiritsubo See?: hua cheng comes from the end of his canon so there's probably not a ton ahead of him other than literal eternity as a ghost king since he can't, y'know. die
big post-canon plot beats would include the following shenanigans: xie lian finally finding the cave of 10,000 gods (which is full of hua cheng's embarrassing number of statues he carved of xie lian while he was trapped in the belly of the volcano, like, that's a super normal thing to do about your crush right?), xie lian losing his memories of their entire relationship and hua cheng having to rescue him from himself, and various and sundry other husbandly adventures in demon hunting, pissing off the heavens, etc.
idk how much of his past/vibes she would be able to pick up on as well, but the vibes are also like... frankly pretty rancid just because hua cheng is a creature made entirely of malicious energy/killing intent/resentment, he's regarded by his world to be pure evil and has committed his fair share of atrocities in the 800 years he's been existing as a ghost, so suffice to say he's probably accumulated some bad karma.
How Open Would You Like Her to Be About It ICly?: she can definitely tell him about the future stuff, however coyly she wants!

Can Kiritsubo Tell Their Fortune?: Sure!
What Fortune Can Kiritsubo See?: Currently, he's about to go to a crossroads. He isn't aware of this. It's possible that he could become more powerful as a werewolf, as well as someone politically powerful.
If he doesn't make the right series of choices, he'll have a life of mediocrity instead.
He also has one very strong bond with someone in the past, the one who has given him the name he goes by currently, someone who can be seen as a beloved serpent. That would be his adopted father.
How Open Would You Like Her to Be About It ICly?: Go right ahead! He won't believe he's destined for anything great. Apologies for future suffocating; he has confidence in his skills, but not his potential thanks to his past.

Can Kiritsubo Tell Their Fortune?: Yes
What Fortune Can Kiritsubo See?: A man heavy on the fire imagery! He also may hold symbols with lions, staffs, comedy + tragedy masks, circus stuff, jesters, jokers, ash, burns, smoke. Have a field day with these with creative liberties on interpretations of him!
Baptiste is a hunter who is on a path of eventual destruction due to a ravenous need for revenge against a group of vampires. Part of this obsessive need for revenge comes from a fae-curse on his family bloodline that calls for them to always pursue revenge to its fullest. He often takes risks and can't avoid a challenge - determined to see his goal through to the end. While he is a beloved entertainer, he harbors quite the shadow in his soul. If he dies before he gets his revenge, he's damned to become a vengeful wraith.

Character Name/Journal: Leon S. Kennedy,
Can Kiritsubo Tell Their Fortune?: Yes, absolutely
What Fortune Can Kiritsubo See?:
I'm open to her seeing basically anything for him, so if you need extra details or have questions, let me know.
CW: spoilers for RE2R + RE4R, death, bioweapons, mentions of mental health disorders, images of mutated humans/monsters.
Leon's current canon point is near the end of RE2R. Things she could see for this are Leon's initial encounter with the infected at a gas station, him encountering another encounter with a survivor named Claire, his interactions with Ada (including her "death"), his different encounters with the bioweapons with the most notable being Mr. X (the tyrant wearing a trench coat and fedora) and William Birkin. It's a very rough time for him as he's stuck fighting infected he never even know could exist, faces near death situations constantly, literally takes a bullet for Ada (the injury he presently has), and has to watch various people die despite his efforts to save and protect them. Specific items/images she could see for his past/current self include the G virus sample, the combat knife he gets from his now dead lieutenant, and even Mr. X.
The future that awaits him is being forcibly recruited by the government to be a special agent responsible for investigating and stopping BOWs and essentially helping prevent another Raccoon City incident (what happened in RE2).
Specifically, he undergoes intense military training and missions that he describes as "nearly" killing him. Leon trains under Jack Krauser, a top tier special forces operative. In the six years between RE2 and RE4, Leon changes a lot in that he's hardened his heart in some ways to be able to do things other can't (and won't). It's taken a toll on him mentally, and he canonically suffers from PTSD and some measure of survivor's guilt.
RE4 brings a lot of complications for Leon to include but not limited to: a reunion with Ada who he watched fall to her death after failing to keep a hold on her, a reunion with Jack Krauser who kills the guy helping Leon navigate the Las Plagas infection, being infected with the Las Plagas parasite courtesy of the Los Iluminados, and trying to get Ashley (his current mission) back home to get father and help cure her of her own infection. It's ugly and he has to watch Luis die, gets into multiple violent encounters with Krauser until he eventually kills his former mentor, and deal with the infection that's causing him pain, weird visions, and black outs.
As far as any items/objects she might see for RE4R, a couple that include the symbol for the Los Iluminados cult, Krauser's combat knife, a dossier photo of Leon with the words "I'm Waiting", and a picture of Ashley who he is trying to save in RE4.

What Fortune Can Kiritsubo See?: Charlie is thinking about his wife in this moment. She's an illusionist herself, often invisible in his company. She prefers to conjure the bizarre and abstract, though one of their favorite ways to play is with a manifestation of her in miniature size. Charlie bullies this little apparition without restraint.
He doesn't really understand his wife's whimsey, but he does love it.
Blue flowers are a powerful visual association with her. He decided they were her favorite after she refused to tell him what she actually liked. There can also be hints of slow swing music filtered through a radio's timbre, discarded shoes, and a bloody stub of a ring finger.
It's a joyful bond, something she'd get the sense he's recently reaffirmed with a great deal of blood and strife and exhaustion and love.
** Feel free to pull as much or as little of the above as you'd like! I wanted to give a good swath of options ;u;

What Fortune Can Kiritsubo See?: An austere opera house, built in the optimistic and over-glamorous art-nouveau style of the Western 1920s. The show has begun, but in the box seat Charlie occupies attention is split. One companion watches the stage while another puzzles over the evening's program. The rest chatter amongst themselves quietly. On the bannister, a small, pixie sized woman. She dances until Charlie leans forward to flick her off.
Over dramatic, the little lass falls to her death before another appears on his shoulder. This one gets squeezed between his thumb and forefinger, and as before, overacts her struggle to escape him.
This is a pleasant memory, something Kiritsubo may even sense was soothing for him in the moment it occurred. The din of a crowd during intermission, a subtle taste of champaign, and the diva's distant song are all potential associations with the scene.

What Fortune Can Kiritsubo See?: Throughout this entire thread, Charlie's history with his family will be at the top of his mind. He and his two older brothers were quite close despite how often they fought. The others had quick tempers, and he'd often provoke them for fun - a habit he never grew out of. Imagery associated with his childhood includes fruit-jam cookies, a child's crutch, a pair of boys completing their morning routine in a dingy mirror, pillows on a raw wooden floor, and playing in dirty streets.
This history stopped abruptly one night when he and his brothers were gunned down by a rival mafia group. Charlie, already undead, was the only survivor. The punishment room made him relive that night from the moment he was shot until he watched his last brother die in the hospital, laid next to the one already covered and tagged. Imagery associated with the tragedy includes the ratratrat of machine guns (see what I did there?), broken dinnerware on the plush carpet of a fancy restaurant, bloodied white dress shirts, scattered poker cards, and, of course, two bodies on gurneys.
I am sure there will be other anecdotes that come up in metatext as the threads continue - feel free to pull from those too!

Character Name/Journal: Aventurine
Can Kiritsubo Tell Their Fortune?: Absolutely!
What Fortune Can Kiritsubo See?: The fun thing here is that Aventurine's canon point is pretty early before all the big stuff in Penacony happens, so there sure is. a lot to see.
I yapped too much so I'm putting this under dropdown lmao... 🙇♂️
Unsure how canon-familiar you are with HSR, but the quick tl;dr is that Aventurine works for Big Evil Capitalist Corporation (the IPC) as one of its senior managers of the Strategic Investment Department, and within it he's one of the Ten Stonehearts (hence why he's aventurine). He was assigned a mission in Penacony to win it back to the IPC since it used to belong to them as a frontier prison, but his plan of doing so sure involved (and therefore these are all things she can see):- Sacrificing himself! With his divine-nearly-supernatural luck, Aventurine constantly throws himself into danger and he's self-destructive to a T, so his plan was to antagonize the Emanator of Nihility (basically a Really Strong person who follows the path of Nihility) so she could "kill" him in front of an audience and prove that "death" DOES in fact exist in Penacony, causing chaos and discord within the locals and the "death" of a IPC executive would allow the IPC (who the people who run Penacony obviously do Not like) to walk into it and continue on with their plans.
↳ The thing with this plot is that while all of it goes as intended, Aventurine's gamble on this was whether he would actually die from Nihility or not. He's eventually taken to the Horizon of Existence, which is pretty much like the border between reality and nihility... so kind of like the border of life and being dead inside lmao. The imagery for this can be pretty much based on the Horizon of Existence itself (a black sun, lots of water, everything is black and white, etc), but go wild with it.
Despite ending up there and almost succumbing to Nihility, Aventurine does in fact manage to be talked down from his nihilistic point-of-view and he is now 5% less self-destructive. :') Yay. Any sort of imagery related to this could be a shift between a monochrome world to one full of color, I think that would be cool.
- More stuff that happens is when Sunday curses him with Harmony-slash-Order (to this day I'm still unsure) (probably Order) and gives him only seventeen hours to live. Of course he doesn't actually die from it, but the pressure from his mind-related powers does take a bit of a toll on Aventurine. Imagery for this could be something similar to the psychodelic effects of Harmony-slash-Order that happens in-game too.
↳ Bonus for this is when Aventurine sort of hallucinated both his "future" self and his "past" self and they all sure had a heart-to-heart at Penacony's amusement park. He had such a bad time in that park, man. There was just a lot of talk about his personality and behavior, why he's so self-destructive, how he has allegedly changed as a person, etc. There's a particular symbolism here that I think would be cool for her to see in that it's very heavily implied Aventurine has some identity issues, and especially with the fact there was 3 of him in this part of the story, maybe seeing Aventurine as a "fragmented" existence would be cool.
- I guess the only other major thing that "happened" is that Aventurine was not fired from his job (it wasn't in-game but it will likely be implied whenever the Stonehearts are back because of the video). Yay (?). Since he technically broke the oath he made when he joined the Ten Stonehearts and completely shattered his cornerstone, he was supposed to face punishment for it (and who knows what this punishment would entail) but instead he was pardoned for it. Aventurine unwillingly lives for another day. 👍
- Not so major, but the last thing I can think of is that he's currently in a weird alliance with everyone's favorite space-cowboy Boothill to kick Oswaldo Schneider's ass, who's the head of the Marketing Development Department. This has not yet been explored in depth but both of them have said in-game that they are working together for this purpose. The Strategic Investment Dept. and the Marketing Development Dept. just have so much beef, and Schneider was (in)directly involved in a lot of tragedy that happened in Aventurine's life. Something will come from this sooner or later, but we have yet to see it.
How Open Would You Like Her to Be About It ICly?: Go absolutely wild. None of it would really affect Aventurine negatively, and because he has encountered a couple castmates who come from later canon points he already has a faint idea that his mission was successful and he probably... didn't die. But even that he's unsure.

Character Name/Journal: dabi
Can Kiritsubo Tell Their Fortune?: absolutely!
What Fortune Can Kiritsubo See?:
WARNING! spoilers for MHA.
apologies if you're canon familiar and this is all silly! tl;dr: dabi is the son of one of the top pro heroes, endeavor, who becomes a villain after his supposed death. basically endeavor (todoroki enji) forces his wife (rei) to marry him by essentially buying her from her family - they're a respectable family but poor now and so with his status he's able to arrange a marriage with her. he marries her for her quirk: he has fire, she has ice, and he wants to create a child that has a half-hot half-cold quirk because he believes that rei's ice would help mitigate the shortcomings of his own fire quirk. endeavor has always felt like he's been in the shadow of all might, the 'symbol of peace' for their society and the (former) number one hero, and while he believes himself to be lacking--as he's never able to catch up to all might--he thinks that he can create a child that can surpass all might for him. thus, we have dabi (touya).
unfortunately, their little experiment doesn't work out so great - dabi's quirk is fire, but his body favors his mother's quirk, meaning he has a body that's more resistant to ice. in turn, this means that when dabi uses his quirk, he ends up burning himself, and endeavor gives up on training him to become a hero and instead basically tells him to go live a normie life. dabi persists in training by himself, which upsets endeavor and so he decides to keep trying for more kids to create one that will work. (also i assume in the hopes that dabi will give up on being a hero since he's hurting himself.) he has a daughter, fuyumi, and then another son, natsuo, both of which have rei's quirk--and then he makes shouto, who ends up with the half-cold half-hot quirk that he wanted. dabi's of course upset because his dad never pays attention to him anymore and essentially just treats him like a reject now, and he's obsessed with becoming a hero/living up to the dream that his dad foisted onto him. he gets really upset and at one point lunges at shouto as though he might kill him out of jealousy/hurt--from then on, shouto is kept away from his siblings and trained by endeavor, and dabi just continues training by himself.
one winter night? day? i forget, dabi goes up to sekoto peak, which is on a mountain and where his father used to train often. he's about thirteen at this point, and his fire changes from red to blue, since he's about the age where teenagers bodies start changing blah blah--and he wants to show his dad all that he learned. he asks his dad to meet him on the peak, and his dad gets upset at him and decides not to go. dabi, in turn, waits for his dad on the peak, crying, and loses control of his flames. he ends up essentially burning to death, saving himself only by throwing his body into the nearby lake. his whole family thinks he's dead since they never find the body and find only a small piece of his jawbone--because his body ends up 'rescued' by one of the big baddies, and he spends three years in a coma in a children's hospital (this gets more complicated but i'll just leave that there for now lmao) and wakes up to be told that he'll never be able to use his quirk again, has grafted skin, presumably borrowed?? organs?? other stuff??, and he runs away from the hospital to go back home because he thinks that his parents surely miss him, and also, he wants to apologize for all his shitty behavior.
when he finds his way back to his house, he ends up going inside and seeing endeavor essentially beating the shit out of shouto in hero training--and he realizes that nothing has changed at all, even his death had no meaning and didn't make his family rethink and/or change a single thing. so he goes and prays in front of his own shrine in his house and thus 'dabi' is born. he basically lives on the streets, watching endeavor via youtube clips, etc to continue his own training and forging a plan for his ultimate revenge. he ends up joining the league of villains, a bunch of like minded people who have been rejected/shit on by society and who think this whole hero society is shit and should be changed. although dabi himself is very secretive and tends to be aloof/keep himself separated from the league, he does care about them.
basically this whole thing culminates in him finally revealing himself to both endeavor and shouto during a battle, and essentially revealing his plan to essentially kill shouto and then kill endeavor and himself--basically he just wants endeavor and enji to both suffer as much as humanly possible for what he did and he doesn't care who gets in the way. this is about where his canon point is, in game.
starting from here is dabi's future in canon. you can read until the end (mha is finished now!) and if only i had found this link before i word vomited everything else up there....it's fine.....
in terms of imagery, obviously there are a lot of connections that dabi has to fire and ice, burning, burnt flesh, burnt dreams, everything. dabi's body itself is also basically falling apart, as he's burned all of the grafted skin and done severe damage to himself and his insides. the seams that he staples together used to be tucked in, but from continuing to use his quirk, it seems that he's damaged himself so much that those seams are starting to separate. he can't cry (supposedly) and leaks blood from his tear ducts when he tries, and he can't feel anything on the damaged skin; his body is also so fucked up that he can't really feel pain anymore. that opens up to her being able to see all kinds of damage basically anywhere in his body...and obviously, the future of where all that damage is taking him.
his connections are strongest with his family (who aren't in game) and the league, of which there are two members here: compress and tomura. tomura is the leader that binds them all together, but compress and dabi are very close in-game. other characters she may see bonds to include fuuta, esikko, edelgard, and others (will add as needed haha). in terms of his family, he sees his mother as a weak useless woman, his father as a selfish conceited waste of a hero, and his sister also as a weak useless woman. for natsuo, he used to consider him his close friend but was willing to put natsuo's life on the line to hurt endeavor so...shrugs. his feelings for shouto are complicated: at one point he wanted to apologize to him for what he'd done, but now he seems a little too far gone for that; he sees shouto as endeavor's puppet/masterpiece and would like to kill him if possible. (mostly just to stick it to endeavor)
whatever symbolism, etc that you'd like to come up with, based on All That Word Dumping, is totally fine with me. the only thing i'd prefer that she be kept in the dark about is his birthname (touya) since i'd like it if he could hold onto that to tell her if/when he's ready. obviously though i'm down with her realizing dabi is not his real name (since that's probably pretty obvious). if at any point you have any questions about him (in canon, or in game), please feel free to ping me anytime! i'm a really go-with-the-flow person so i'm usually happy to roll with whatever.
How Open Would You Like Her to Be About It ICly?: as open as she wants to be! i'd sort of prefer that he doesn't find out that he's not going to die in the end (since i feel that would drastically change some things about him) or that he doesn't successfully kill any of his family, BUT i'm very open to him finding about how much he fucks up his body, the state of the world back home, and/or anything else otherwise, really!

What Fortune Can Kiritsubo See?: He's very snake-coded (and I guess gourd-coded too?? It's his canon zodiac sign and references Li Tieguai anyway, if that's a thing she might be familiar with). Can Kiritsubo Tell Their Fortune?: Yes.
What Fortune Can Kiritsubo See?:
• It's death, baby! It's less an omen of death for the person herself but rather than symbols of death linger around her.
• Symbols of ownership and subservience. Clara's own suit tattoo has the heart on a broken collar around her neck so it's not surprising for more to adorn her spirit. She also holds the leash over others which weighs on her.
• Isolation. While she struggles with the symbols of subservience she also struggles with positive bonds. She cuts them off purposefully to keep either herself or others "safe." So, as much as bondage likely plays into the imagery surrounding her so does a severing of bonds.
• less symbolism and more something I'm okay with Kiritsubo knowing/seeing with her special eyes: Clara was born mute but she's gained the ability to speak thanks to, uh, special vampire surgery. She is more used to communicating with text or sign and she's trying to avoid playing that card until she has to. She is used to any information being a form of attack or defense and this is a part of it!
How Open Would You Like Her to Be About It ICly?: I think Kiritsubo should do whatever she wants all the time and that includes this information.

Character Name/Journal: Obikawa Kiyoshi / orokapi
Can Kiritsubo Tell Their Fortune?: Sure!
What Fortune Can Kiritsubo See?: Obikawa -- also known as Orokapi -- is a snake god that can freely change his appearance to that of his true form and individuals that he has devoured. The body he is currently occupying is that of a human being that came to him with the idea of dying after falling onto hard times; developing a drug addiction and then later running from the yakuza after assumingly receiving a loan with no intention of actually paying it back. Orokapi took his identity and begin living as this man, having access to his memories and thoughts before death -- when incredibly intoxicated the real Obikawa Kiyoshi can regain consciousness in a sense and be in control of his body. If he asks for a cigarette you can bet that's not Orokapi!
In terms of future events Orokapi is currently assisting the Anti-God Science Institution to eradicate the Gods in exchange of his survival. Since making this alliance he has been assisting Tatsuno Yoriko with her research on genetics and developing a way to come in contact with the people Orokapi has ate in the past. This includes her ex-fiancé, Minami Akio, whom he can also transform into. And successfully kills a God -- his dear friend -- by the name of Vollof by eating him. He also assists his friend Tokinaga Sachiyuki by developing a drug similar to an anti-depressant/anxiety medication, but causes him to feel conflicted since he had done something similar for Vollof and later felt more like an object than a friend. Constantly relieving the people around them of their turmoil while at the same time losing them.
It's Orokapi's concern that leads him to realize his loneliness and confront his feelings for Tokinaga, leading to his identity to slowly warp with Vollof, Minami, and Obikawa's, resulting in him turning into a puddle of sludge. Aaaaaaaaaaand this is a lot but that's where the manga is at right now! :')
How Open Would You Like Her to Be About It ICly?: As open as she'd like! He'd take all the information in stride. Probably. We'll cross that bridge when we get there.

Can Kiritsubo Tell Their Fortune?: definitely!
What Fortune Can Kiritsubo See?: Specific imagery: a golden chain and a burning clock. A woman's hands, complete with manicured nails, closing around him. A sliced-open apple that changes to a heart in the same condition, then bursts into threads that bind him. Any/all of it comes with a sense of something... not exactly hopeless, but the vibes are very "that's how it is on this bitch of an earth".
Along with all this-- there's a definite sense of potential to him, but the kind that could truly go either way depending on what happens. The company scientists were forced to declare him an exception to their ranking of his coworkers thanks to that potential, it's that sort of situation.
How Open Would You Like Her to Be About It ICly?: As open as she does or doesn't want to be!
